Hello all my relations and relatives, I want to first of all greet you all with an open and a warm heart and a gentle handshake. I want to thank all you dancers, all the supporters for every little bit of sacrifice that you put in whether it be through giving of yourself through prayers, or monetary, or your energy, or whatever it maybe. I thank you greatly from my heart. 
As we struggle and strive to accomplish this great task there will be a lot of different challenges or tests that will come in our way and we have to remember the importance of our strength, our inner strength, and our vision. Those of you that don't understand what I’m speaking about, it takes a person with a true vision to strive for something so difficult, and at times it may seem impossible but there is nothing impossible when it comes to our way of life and prayer. So I want to thank all of you for listening and doing whatever you can to help to bring this vision, this prayer to a reality. Cause as we do our part, the Creator and the Tunkashilas the Grandfathers will do theirs. But we got to remember there are going to be alot of things we are going to have to clear our minds from and look at the whole reason of doing this. Alot of people can receive health and blessings from your prayers, from our prayer, and from this land because the Black Hills are very sacred and known as healing lands. And so this is why it’s really important to my family and to my ancestors that we are able to find refuge in this place where many of you can come to receive the blessings of our ancestors and the spirits of this pipe. So I want to thank all of you for what your doing, and I want to thank everyone, Rosiemma, Grandma's Earth Kitchen, Rebecca, and all those that are willing to help in anyway, I want thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
